Job Title: Print Finisher – Litho & Digital
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Print Finisher to join a fast-growing Litho and Digital print company. Working within a busy and fast-paced production environment, you will play a key role in ensuring printed products are finished to a high standard and delivered within tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of finishing processes, supporting both Litho and Digital print operations, with exposure to booklet making, laminating, guillotining, and folding. Experience within large format finishing would be highly beneficial, although training may be provided for the right candidate with strong finishing experience.

The Role
- Folding various printed materials
- Operating booklet making equipment
- Laminating and finishing work
- Large format finishing (desirable)
- Quality checking finished products
- Supporting other production departments when required
- Working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience within Litho and Digital print environments
- Proven experience in print finishing
- Experience operating finishing machinery
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Hardworking with a positive and flexible attitude
- Willingness to learn and support wider production functions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
