Job Description:

Full training provided

  • Type: Minimum 1 shift per week
  • Salary: £14.05 – £16.05 per hour (includes holiday pay accrual – Holiday pay is accrued and held separately, not paid out weekly)
  • Working pattern: Waking nights, Sunday – Thursday 8pm-8am
  • Requirements: To be eligible to apply, you must have recent UK experience in a care setting and hold full right to work in the UK

Your Role

As a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant for Innovate Care Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care of a young boy that has global developmental delay. Part of his care overnight would include:

  • Peg feeding and medication
  • Cpap, repositioning
  • Hoisting and personal care

You’ll be part of a consistent care team, typically supporting one client at a time in this stable, long-term role.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 12 months of UK care experience including Bipap machine
  • Experience with complex needs in a homecare setting would be advantageous
  • Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
  • Good communication skills and IT confidence
  • Car driver with access to your own vehicle
  • Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
  • Hold an understanding of safeguarding
  • Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
