Regional Rock and Pop Music Teacher – Colchester

Compensation: £29,000 – £34,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Provide cover and catch-up lessons in Rocksteady schools throughout the year to ensure a consistent experience for customers.
- Assess the needs of children and schools, and deliver high-quality lessons in a variety of situations.
- Create and maintain ongoing positive relationships with schools requiring cover and catch-up lessons.
- Manage administrative duties outside of lessons and support new Band Leaders in the area to maintain regional quality standards.
- Receive a fuel card for business mileage; travel is part of the role.
Qualifications
- Competence on at least two of the following instruments: drums, guitar, bass, keyboard, and vocals.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home as required.
- Strong representation of the brand in partner schools; highly organized with excellent administrative skills.
- Personable, approachable, with clear and concise communication; positive and can-do attitude; resilient and adaptable.
- UK/EU Driving Licence and own transport are essential requirements.
Requirements
- Travel around Colchester and surrounding counties with possible ad hoc travel outside the region; travel and accommodation expenses provided.
