£41,922 pa (London) | £35,831 pa (other locations) + benefits. Term time (39 weeks). Locations: London, Cardiff, Leeds, Bolton, Rochdale, Halifax, Bradford.

Responsibilities

As a Teacher of Creative Programmes, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Level 2 and Level 3 programmes. You will create engaging, inclusive and innovative learning experiences that support strong academic, practical, social and emotional progress for all students. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in shaping learning that connects students with creative industries, cultural venues and real-world contexts.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in FE and/or specialist provision with SEND learners.
  • Experience delivering teaching to students on accredited qualifications.
  • A Level 3 teaching qualification and a Level 4 or above Creative qualification.
  • Strong understanding of inclusive, differentiated and trauma‑informed practice.
  • Knowledge of EHCP processes and post‑16 education expectations.
  • Experience using student management systems and digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to plan, deliver and assess high‑quality learning independently.
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
  • A collaborative and flexible approach to teamwork and student‑centred learning.
