Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Poole for a Store Assistant at Allied (Tooling) Limited. The Store Assistant will handle inventory management, assist with customer inquiries, and support retail sales operations. Core responsibilities include maintaining store organization, ensuring products are displayed and stocked efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, on-the-job training will be provided to support professional growth and skill development.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Retail Sales experience and understanding of store functions
- Excellent Organization and multitasking skills to manage inventory and maintain store operations
- Ability to learn quickly and willingness to engage in Training programs
- Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role or industry is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
