KS2 Class Teacher

Overview

A ‘Good’ Ofsted graded Primary School in the Borough of Hillingdon is looking for a KS2 Primary Teacher to commence September 2026. The 2‑form entry school accommodates mixed ability and multi‑cultural catchment with excellent SATs results. The Head Teacher promotes teamwork and the Senior Leadership Team provides guidance.

Responsibilities

• Teach KS2 Year 1-2 students, tailoring lessons to personal strengths.
• Raise attainment and improve learning quality across additional responsibility areas.
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons to inspire young minds.
• Collaborate effectively within the teaching team.
• Lead and direct classroom activities as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• UK QTS, minimum 1 year of teaching experience in KS2.
• Strong academic background: GCSEs, A‑Levels and a university degree.
• Good understanding of the Teaching Standards.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team and to lead and direct.

Compensation and Contract
