We are currently recruiting for an experienced Breakfast Commis Chef to join the team at Michelin* HIDE.
Part time hours: 16-24 hours per week.
HIDE is an urban oasis hidden in plain sight. Spread over three floors, two light‑filled dining rooms are set around a breath‑taking central staircase and offer tranquil views over Green Park.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch & dinner, and has a sizeable a la carte menu that showcases the very best seasonal offerings largely sourced from a close network of small farmers & suppliers across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors. Everything is made in‑house wherever possible: from charcuterie & bread to jams, juices and pickles.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking within your designated section.
- Stock control and waste management.
- Ensuring you follow H&S regulations.
- Demonstrating a respectful attitude and responding respectfully to the demands of the Management team.
