This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established specialist school in Enfield supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. The school provides a structured and nurturing environment where staff play a key role in helping young people re‑engage with education and achieve meaningful progress.

The setting places a strong emphasis on relationships and consistency, creating a calm and supportive atmosphere where pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.

Why teachers choose this school:

  • Supportive and experienced leadership team that prioritises staff wellbeing
  • Small class sizes and strong support staff presence, enabling personalised teaching
  • Focus on restorative practice and behaviour support, equipping staff with the tools to succeed
  • Opportunities to deliver a creative and flexible curriculum tailored to individual needs
