SEND Job Coach: Guide Youth to Work Success

LSEC is looking for a committed Job Coach (SEND) to support learners with additional needs to enter the workforce confidently. In this hands-on role, you will work directly with learners and employers to help young people prepare for work and succeed in placements.

The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education with at least Level 2 in Maths and English, strong communication skills, and experience in supporting learners.
