• Maths Teacher + 2ic TLR
• Leading a large team of Maths Teachers (KS3–KS5)
• Helping design & tailor a Maths curriculum to suit the cohort’s needs and wants
• Managing multiple different personalities
• Start: September 2026 – Permanent – Full Time
• MPS3 – UPS3
• Location: Borough of Richmond

Person Specification

• Must have UK QTS
• Ability to manage a range of personalities
• Motivation, inspiration and drive to raise standards across the team
• Strong understanding of the Maths curriculum
• Outstanding expectations for self and fellow Maths Teachers
