Position: Guest Relations and Reservations Agent
Location: Chigwell/Romford
Salary: £1000 + Travel
Responsibilities
- Address day-to-day traveller and guest inquiries received by the guest services team as the main point of contact for the business traveller.
- Handle client accommodation requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with serviced apartment properties and relevant stakeholders to meet guest requests promptly and to high standards.
- Manage any changes to stays – such as cancellations and extensions.
- Follow operational protocols to complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Undertake any additional tasks as required by the management team.
- Suggest process improvements and implement best practice.
Desirable skills, qualities, and experience
- At least six months of prior experience in a customer/guest services position.
- Strong business acumen.
- Outstanding communication capabilities.
- Self‑driven with a focus on achieving results.
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Proficient problem‑solving skills.
- Task prioritisation and adjusting approach as needed.
- Guest services experience: 1 year (preferred).
- Hospitality experience: 1 year (preferred).
Requirements
- Valid work visa for the UK.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid UK Driving Licence preferable.
- The successful candidate must pass a background verification.
