This is an ongoing role with immediate starts available following successful completion of an assessment, with an opportunity to go permanent after just 12 weeks for the right driver.
Role
- Class 1 day work with curtain-sided trailers delivering palletised drywall plasterboard to depots and construction sites.
- Start time of either 11:00am or 12:00pm each day.
- Around 45hrs work per week.
- Driver to keep the same truck unless needed for maintenance.
- Monday to Friday – no weekends.
- Friendly and supportive transport office.
- Work that keeps you busy, not stressed.
Pay & Hours
- £16.25 per hour.
- Monday to Friday schedule – enjoy your weekends off.
Requirements
- Full UK Category CE licence with a minimum of 6 months driving experience.
- Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card.
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR or IN).
- Good knowledge of the UK road network.
- Must pass a paid driving assessment before starting.
- Immediate starts available following successful completion of an assessment.
