Restaurant Supervisor – Pearly Cow Restaurant & Terrace
We’re looking for a superstar Restaurant Supervisor to lead and ensure impeccable service in our premier boutique hotel by the sea. This is a permanent role primarily focused on morning breakfast service, so a morning person is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the breakfast service, ensuring guests receive a perfect seaside dining experience.
- Supervise and coordinate staff to maintain high standards of hospitality and service.
- Oversee all break arrangements and ensure staff compliance with health and safety policies.
- Assist with menu planning, inventory control and front‑of‑house operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Hard working and driven.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and a real team player.
- Supervisory experience in a fast‑paced, high‑end restaurant environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
