Overview
Our production unit offers luxury airline catering with a focus on quality, service, and a sophisticated experience for discerning passengers. This role involves providing high-level hospitality in the lounge environment, beer, coffee and beverage preparation, and bar operations.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet lounge customers and offer the highest level of hospitality during their visit to the lounge
- Opening and closing the bar for each shift
- Prepare coffees, beverages, cocktails, and mixed drinks
- Maintain coffee machines
- Know the food products offered in the Lounge
- Maintain bar stock control documentation
- Clean the bar area including floor, counters, and cupboards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great team player
- Attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure
- Self-motivated attitude
- Confident when working in a team
- Effective communication in English
- Flexibility to work 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Right to work in the UK
