Merchandiser – Leicester

Job Overview

Merchandiser – Leicester (flexible, part time zero hour contract). Pay £14.24 per hour (incl. holiday pay). Travel time and mileage payable, location allowance where applicable. Requires full UK driving licence and use of vehicle. Average 5-20 hours per week (not guaranteed).

Responsibilities

• Bring products to life on the shop floor.
• Own and manage designated territory – point‑of‑sale placement, stock replenishment and auditing.
• Create and maintain visually impactful displays, ensuring they stay on‑brand.
• Build strong relationships with store colleagues and managers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, replenishing stock and keeping displays aligned with brand standards.
• Plan visits cost‑effectively and maximise each visit’s impact.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience advantageous but not mandatory.
• Friendly, confident personality with a can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliability.
• Located within 15 miles of advertised area.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Right to work in the UK.
