Job Description

Marylebone Cricket Club is recruiting food & beverage staff for the upcoming season.

• Produce a constant high standard and presentation of food
• Assist in maintaining all legal Health, Hygiene and Safety records
• Assist in ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained within the kitchen
• Communicate within the team to ensure all understand the parameters of the business through the Sous Chef objectives

Qualified Candidates

• Hold a current Level 2 Food Safety Award
• You must provide your own knives
• Strong culinary skills & knowledge of food and beverage
• Calm, self-motivated, open minded, innovative and takes pride in their work
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Thrive on a challenge
• Team player who can work unsupervised
• Hard working and dedicated
• Flexible, reliable and punctual
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• High standard of personal presentation
