This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with students aged 5-19 who have complex social communication needs, learning disabilities, and autism. • Train and mentor colleagues in PBS techniques and Team Teach through role‑modelling, co‑coaching, and formal training sessions.
  • Manage your own class caseload, creating and implementing individual Behaviour Support Plans and Risk Assessments.
  • Monitor and analyze behaviour data to identify trends and inform best practices across the setting.
  • Collaborate closely with in‑house therapy teams and CAMHS professionals to support student well‑being.
  • Assist during assessment days for prospective students.
  • Maintain high standards of incident reporting and documentation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a TA, STA, or HLTA, ideally within an SEN or inclusion setting.

  • Comprehensive training, including annual Team Teach and Safeguarding refreshers.
  • Employee wellbeing support, including 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme and mental health first aiders.
  • On‑site perks such as free hot lunches (term time), free parking, and access to a beautiful campus on the edge of the Surrey Hills.
  • Retention bonus of £1,000, paid in installments over 18 months.
