Role Overview
Your role involves imparting essential swimming skills to students of all ages from baby to adults, conducting engaging lessons, and prioritising safety during classes. You will follow our award‑winning teaching program, leverage our unique rewards system and cutting‑edge technology, and work flexible hours spanning weekdays, afternoons, and weekends. Pay rates range up to £25 per hour based on your qualifications and experience.
Qualifications
- Hold a Swim England Level 1 & 2, STA Swimming Instructor Qualification, or equivalent international qualification.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with prior experience in customer‑facing/service roles.
- Possess a current lifesaving qualification (preferred; training available).
- Showcase excellent swimming ability, coupled with up‑to‑date knowledge of the sport.
