A Day in the Life
You’ll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas:
- Promoting the aims and objectives of the school and maintaining its philosophy of education; supporting the Headteacher in promoting the ethos of the School;
- Setting high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils;
- Promoting good progress and outcomes for pupils;
- Planning and teaching well‑structured lessons;
- Managing behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
You are the perfect fit for our team if you have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK;
- Successful teaching experience within the primary sector;
- Thorough knowledge of a range of teaching, learning and behaviour management strategies and how to use them effectively;
- Good knowledge of policies and commitment to safeguarding children;
- Commitment to the vision, aims and values of the Trust/School.
