Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering high-quality lessons
- Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for students
- Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a focused learning environment
- Support children with additional or special educational needs (SEN)
- Prepare and organise classroom materials and resources
- Supervise students during school activities, breaks, and trips
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (this is essential)
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a school setting
- A valid, enhancedDBS check(or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for education and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
