We are now looking to recruit full time Cat C – 18 tonne Drivers based from our new Crawley site.

Johnsons Hotel, Restaurant & Catering Linen is a market leader in linen hire and provider of laundry service to the hospitality industry. We are totally committed to continued growth and development and enjoy a high-profile national image in the textile industry.

The job role will involve delivering and returning stock ensuring 100% delivery and collection. To comply with transport industry legal structure and provide excellent customer service.

18 tonne Drivers – Applicants will need a current CAT C or above licence as well as a valid Digital Tachograph Card and a Full Driver CPC.

All applicants must demonstrate good communication skills, a flexible approach to their role and working hours and above all an obliging nature.

  • You must be physically fit as this job involves heavy lifting for loading, deliveries, and collections.
  • You will be responsible for 100% collection and delivery.
  • 48 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work when required.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £38,600.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 9 to 10 hour shift Monday to Friday OvertimeExperience:
  • Driving a Goods Vehicle: 1 year (preferred) Customer facing role : 1 year
