All-Rounder Print Finisher – Hertfordshire – up to £28k pa

Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced print finishing expert to work with their production team and put the final touches on each printed project and product.

Responsibilities

• Receive each production order and read ticket instructions to understand finishing requirements before starting a job.
• Perform quality inspection before, during and after each production run.
• Operate finishing equipment such as stitching machines, folding tables and guillotines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimum productivity.
• Troubleshoot issues to complete production, delivery and output requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with stitching, folding, and guillotine operations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to resolve production issues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Applicants must be residents of the United Kingdom and have recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
