CLASS 2 DRIVERS WANTED PAYING £17.88- £29.47ph – IMMEDIATE STARTS
The Best Connection are currently recruiting Class 2 Drivers for an excellent ongoing opportunity working for a Blue Chip company offering fantastic pay rates, regular overtime with generous overtime pay available (OT subject to working within WTD) and daily cage bonus. There is the potential for Full Time opportunities positions following a successful trial period.
Role: Class 2 Driver
Shift Patterns Available:
- Tues-Sat
- Sun-Thurs
- Sun-Wed
- Wed-Sat
- Fri-Mon
- 4 on 4 off
Pay Rates:
Sunday to Monday shift pattern.
- Basic Rate £19.65ph
- Overtime + 42hrs – £26.13ph
- Bank Holidays – £29.47ph
- Cage Bonus – £11.53 per day
Weekday with a weekend day shift pattern.
- Basic Rate £17.88ph
- Weekend within shift pattern £22.35ph
- Overtime + 42hrs Mon – Fri – £23.78ph
- Overtime Weekends + 42hrs – £28.25ph
- Bank Holidays – £26.82ph
- Cage Bonus – £11.53 per day
The role:
This role involves Class 2 deliveries to convenience stores and smaller retail outlets including supermarkets. Drivers will be delivering stock using cages, so the movement of cages will be involved throughout the shift.
This is a physically demanding role, ideal for drivers who are happy with manual work and enjoy being kept busy.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC & Digi Tacho Card
- Comfortable with heavy handball and cage work
- Reliable, professional, and hardworking attitude
- Good customer service skills
