As our apprenticeship provision continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and detail-focused Funding Compliance Coordinator to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced compliance environment and understands the importance of accuracy, organisation and funding integrity within apprenticeships and education.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring learner records, funding documentation and compliance processes are completed accurately and on time – helping safeguard funding, minimise audit risk and support high-quality learner journeys.
This role is home-based, with occasional travel. This role can be located anywhere in England.
About the Role
As Funding Compliance Coordinator, you’ll support the full apprenticeship compliance lifecycle, including:
- Managing apprenticeship starts, employer transfers and learner documentation
- Processing programme changes and training plan amendments
- Supporting ILR accuracy and apprenticeship completions
- Conducting compliance checks and audit activity
- Maintaining accurate records across systems including Bud, SharePoint and HubSpot
- Monitoring employer documentation including ELI and H&S requirements
- Working collaboratively with Education, Finance and wider operational teams
- Supporting continuous improvement across funding compliance processes
This role would suit someone who enjoys working methodically, spotting issues before they become problems and ensuring processes are followed to a consistently high standard.
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from candidates who already have experience working in apprenticeship funding, compliance or education administration roles.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience working within apprenticeship funding compliance or a similar regulated environment
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship funding rules and compliance requirements
- Experience managing learner data and documentation accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence working across multiple digital systems and platforms
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Experience with ILR processes, apprenticeship audits, Bud or HubSpot would be highly advantageous.
