About the Role

We’re seeking a friendly, motivated, and service‑focused In‑Room Dining Server to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will deliver exceptional in‑room dining experiences, ensuring guests receive prompt, professional, and discreet service in the comfort of their rooms or suites. You will embody our standards of courtesy, efficiency, and attention to detail while contributing to a seamless luxury hospitality environment.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver in‑room dining orders promptly, ensuring impeccable presentation and accuracy
  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalised service throughout their experience
  • Set up trays and trolleys to brand standards, maintaining a polished and organised appearance
  • Respond to guest requests and enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the in‑room dining preparation and service areas
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wider hotel teams to guarantee smooth service flow
  • Assist with stock rotation, equipment care, and daily operational checklists
  • Ensure accurate billing for all orders and follow correct payment procedures
  • Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is desirable but not essential
  • A warm, courteous, and polished approach to guest service
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and stay calm under pressure
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering luxury standards
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or trolleys
