Multiskilled Operatives (Nights)

PrepWorld is looking for Multi‑Skilled Operatives to perform a selection of key support roles to ensure the smooth running of a busy fresh‑cut fruit factory, including:

• Operating process machinery
• Transfer of fruit
• Traceability paperwork
• Stock counting
• Ensuring equipment is where it is needed

Full training provided for all activities.

Who we are looking for

• Reliable and flexible, with a pro‑active approach to problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic English and numeracy skills
• Please note: this role involves some heavy lifting e.g. fruit boxes.

Days and hours work

Wednesday to Saturday (4 days on 3 days off per week) 18:30 pm‑06:00 am

Pay rates

• Level 1 (L1): £13.08 per hour
• Level 2 (L2): £13.66 per hour
• Level 3 (L3): £14.18 per hour (dependent on experience)
