You will be part of a kitchen team of 12, managing service for up to 120 covers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a section of the kitchen.
- Maintain high standards throughout service.
- Manage service for up to 120 covers in a kitchen team of 12.
- Prepare refined seasonal menu in-house.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a busy restaurant.
- Reliable and organized.
- Proficient knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety.
- Availability to work a mixture of shifts throughout the week.
Work schedule: 48 hours over 3 1/2 days per week.
