About Education Practice Engagement Manager
The EY-Parthenon Strategy team seeks Engagement Managers to lead buy- and sell-side commercial due diligence and strategy engagements across Education sub‑sectors. The role is based in London and requires strong commercial diligence, strategy, and client‑relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client projects, shaping deliverables and developing client relationships.
- Manage project teams of 4‑10 consultants.
- Create inclusive culture within teams and engagements.
- Identify business opportunities and drive sales activity.
- Collaborate with wider EY teams to deliver best solutions.
- Build internal practice initiatives such as training, professional development, and innovation.
- Coach and advise consultants on career development.
- Contribute to proposals, pursuits, thought leadership, and internal operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in strategy consulting with commercial due diligence, or strong commercial and/or transaction experience.
- Credible project management and ability to plan, deliver, structure, write, and present work against tight deadlines.
- Analytical skill set.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willingness to share technical knowledge with the team.
- Passion for Education sector topics and experience within the Education sector.
