A bit about what you will do

• Assist with planning, ordering, preparing and creating delicious dishes
• Ensure that presentation, taste, texture and quality are always maintained
• Supervise, lead and train a team of commis chefs
• Ensure all health and safety practices are continually maintained and reported

• 5‑star hotel experience in a similar role would be a real advantage
• Degree or certificate in culinary arts a plus
