  • Liaise with suppliers on timelines, deliveries, technical queries, and production requirements.
  • Maintain accurate version control and documentation for artwork, print specifications, materials, and fixtures.

  • Support planning and coordination of design elements for new store openings, refits, and refresh programmes.
  • Prepare installation documents, asset trackers, and fixture lists for Field VM teams and stores.
  • Attend selected store visits to capture photography, take measurements, and review design execution.
  • Support upkeep of Space NK Own Brand in‑store presentation, ensuring all updates are communicated clearly and delivered to the highest standard.
  • Assist with tracking project timelines, deliveries, and supplier deadlines.
  • Support the development of store design guidelines, installation references, and technical packs.
  • Maintain store layouts, design libraries, fixture inventories, and document version control.
  • Create and update order forms, Excel trackers, delivery documents, and status reports.
  • Help assemble presentation decks for internal reviews and cross‑functional meetings.
  • Work closely with VM, Creative, Brands, Inventory, Store Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Support brand partners by collating measurements, reviewing CADs, and ensuring compliance with Space NK design standards.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Store Design team.

  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with suppliers, internal teams, and store colleagues.

  • Passion for store environments, design, and luxury retail aesthetics.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable with hands‑on tasks, including measurements, sample reviews, and fixture checks.
