A Little Bit About What You Will Be Doing

• Assist in the preparation of dishes in a timely fashion and to agreed standards.
• Help with and control the preparation for the section on which you are working. Work cleanly and hygienically, observing all health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure the smooth running of the section and that all areas of the section maintain Fairmont St Andrews Scotland standards. Keep section paperwork up to date, in line with legislative requirements.
• Attend organised training sessions and ask questions to develop skills.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team.
