We’re currently looking for an experienced Handyperson to join a leading social housing provider, supporting the maintenance of over 7,000 homes across areas such as Sevenoaks and Orpington.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation that genuinely invests in its people and offers long‑term stability and progression.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of day‑to‑day maintenance tasks within occupied properties, ensuring homes are kept safe, compliant, and in good condition.

Duties will include

• General repairs and maintenance across multiple trades
• Supporting cyclical compliance works
• Fire alarm testing
• Emergency lighting checks
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Handyperson or Multi‑Trade role
• Experience working within social housing (desirable)
• A strong all‑round skillset across basic trades
• Full UK driving licence
• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
