Restaurant Supervisor – Monty’s Diner, Liverpool Airport
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour + £1.50 incentive for hours between midnight and 6 a.m., bringing rate to £15.25 per hour.

Shift Pattern: Full‑time, scheduled between 2 a.m. and 11 p.m., working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About You
- Hospitality moves fast – thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day.
- 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
- Minimum 2 years’ leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Confident dealing with customers and resolving issues professionally.
- Comfortable leading and motivating a team in a busy environment.
- Applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks, sell and handle alcohol.
About the Restaurant Supervisor Role
- Running and overseeing daily shifts.
- Leading and supporting the front‑of‑house team during busy trading periods.
- Completing stock counts and placing orders.
- Ensuring compliance standards are completed, including date checks, allergen compliance and Health & Safety records.
- Delivering excellent customer service and confidently handling customer queries.
- Supporting operational standards, cleanliness and organisation throughout the diner.
- Taking ownership of opening, closing and daily operations while solving problems on the go.
