Multi Drop HGV Class 1 Driver

Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver who takes pride in safety, professionalism, and customer service? We are expanding our distribution team and looking for reliable drivers to join us in a full-time, permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries to retail stores (mainly DIY outlets)
• Possible raw timber (log) movements between sites
• Vehicle checks, secure load strapping, and completion of delivery paperwork
• Driving safely and compliantly in line with EU Driving Hours and WTD regulations

What we’re looking for

• HGV Class 1 licence with valid Driver CPC & Digi Tacho Card
• Minimum 2 years experience driving Class 1 vehicles
• Confident in securing loads (flatbed strapping experience essential)
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
• Professional, safety-conscious, and reliable

What you’ll get

• Minimum 45 hours per week (overtime available)
• Monday to Friday no weekend runs
• £26.20 night-out allowance, up to 4 nights per week
