A well-established SEN school is recruiting a SEN Teacher to support Primary and Secondary students with complex learning needs, including Autism, sensory difficulties, and SEMH. The school requires a qualified teacher (QTS or QTLS) with relevant experience.

Salary: £195 – £255 per day

Job Type: Long Term

Responsibilities

• Plan creative lessons with excellent subject knowledge, undertake marking, and participate in parent evenings.
• Demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
• Implement strategies to support emotional well-being.
• Create nurturing and trauma-informed classrooms.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Be eligible for or hold British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
• Have proven classroom experience or training.
