We’re looking for a Café Assistant to join our team and help create a welcoming, enjoyable experience for everyone who visits. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in good service, and likes being part of a busy, friendly environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and serving high‑quality coffee and other drinks
- Serving food and supporting basic food preparation
- Operating the till and handling customer transactions
- Restocking and maintaining vending machines

Salary
Grade C – £23,639.33 (pro rata)
Contracted roles follow a three‑point grading structure, with the opportunity to advance annually through the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process.

Hours
24 per week (typically this will include 3× 8‑hour shifts or 4× 6‑hour shifts, spread over a week; occasional evenings & weekends will be included)
