£16.40 hourly rate (£16,629 per annum, part‑time 19.5 hours a week)
Role Overview
Fooditude is looking for a Catering Supervisor to host, manage and oversee the catering operation at a workplace restaurant in central London. You will ensure smooth breakfast and lunch service, maintain excellent standards across all catering areas, build positive relationships with our client and impress with your customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Present and display food beautifully
- Deliver excellent customer service – warm, friendly and professional
- Prepare basic food items for service (eggs, porridge, fresh greens, etc.)
- Support our food waste programme by entering site data onto a shared Excel spreadsheet
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to keep operations running smoothly
Shift Pattern
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8 am to 3 pm (flexible within part‑time schedule)

Requirements
Experience managing catering operations and a keen eye for presentation and cleanliness. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards waste reduction.
