Teaching Assistant (TA2) Grade D + SEN allowance

Hours: 30 hours per week term time only

Actual Salary: £17,619 – £19,079 per annum plus SEN allowance (term time only)

Required: From September 2026

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

• have experience of working with children with special needs in EYFS and/or KS1;
• be hardworking and have experience of working as part of a team;
• have experience of supporting children on a 1-1 and small group basis;
• be committed to inclusion and securing the best possible outcomes for all children;
• promote pupils’ independence and confidence;
• use effective behaviour management strategies in line with the school’s policy;
• support the organisation of our ‘Hive’ provision to help maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment.
