Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Afternoon Shift

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team on a temp‑to‑perm basis. Due to site location own transport is preferred.

Shift & Pay

• Monday to Friday
• 12:00pm – 10:00pm
• 50 paid hours per week
• £13.60 per hour
• + £25 weekly bonus

The Role

This is a varied warehouse position involving:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock within the warehouse
• Scanning products and updating stock locations
• Occasional restocking and general warehouse duties
• Supporting the wider warehouse team when required

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence essential
• Previous forklift/warehouse experience preferred
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and hardworking attitude

• Driving assessment on the first day
• Temp‑to‑perm opportunity
• Permanent contract offered after 12 weeks for the right candidate
