Brook Street is recruiting Drivers Mates to support a coffee machine installation project starting immediately in Milton Keynes, working alongside a professional engineering team.

Rewards

£13.57 per hour. Full‑time hours on an immediate start temporary role running from ASAP to end of July 2026. Practical on‑site experience working alongside engineers throughout the project.

Hours

40–45 hours per week, averaging 9 working hours per day. Typical 6:00am start with varying start and finish times depending on project needs.

Role of a Drivers Mate

• Assisting with loading and unloading machines and equipment at various locations throughout the project
• Supporting engineers during delivery and installation activities
• Travelling to various sites to meet engineers and complete deliveries
• Swapping vans or machines as required and returning old or replaced machines to Milton Keynes
• Working flexibly to meet changing project requirements, including potential deployment to Ireland for approximately 6 weeks

Ideal Drivers Mate Candidate

• Physically fit and able to assist with lifting and moving heavy equipment throughout long shifts
• Reliable, adaptable and comfortable in a hands‑on, fast‑paced working environment
• Strong team player able to work alongside engineers professionally
• Willing to travel, including potential short‑term overseas deployment if required
