About the Role
As a Front of House Supervisor at The Stables at Whitby, you will welcome guests, oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, resolve any guest issues, and work with the Assistant Manager to create a warm and efficient environment for both guests and staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage seating and service flow.
- Supervise front‑of‑house staff during shifts.
- Address guest concerns and resolve operational challenges.
- Help maintain a positive atmosphere for guests and team.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations.
- Support training and development of the front‑of‑house staff.
