We are recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse team working with insulation products.

Key Requirements

• Must hold a recognised FLT Counterbalance licence (not in‑house)
• Experience operating a 3‑tonne counterbalance truck
• Previous counterbalance experience is essential
• Double handler attachment used on site (training can be provided if required)

Shift Details

• Monday to Friday
• 10:30 to 19:00
• Occasional overtime available until 22:00, paid at a higher rate depending on business needs

Pay Rates

• £13.50 per hour
• £15.50 per hour – Overtime
• Rates increase after 13 weeks
