The Role – Cover Supervisor
As a Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering pre‑set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
- Supporting students to stay on task and engaged with their work
- Upholding school policies and safeguarding procedures
- Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the school day

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this Cover Supervisor position, you must:
- Have previous UK school experience (essential)
- Be confident supervising whole classes independently
- Hold strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be able to provide suitable references and pass an enhanced DBS check
