If you are:

  • Be accountable for the kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations.
  • Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, clients and ourselves.
  • Be highly organised with a focus on forward planning.
  • Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift.
  • Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
  • Be a skilled multitasker.
  • Be an early riser as shifts can start at 6 am some days.
  • Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered.
