Class 2 Drivers needed to join ADR Network for the Royal Mail contract – great rates and regular work available. ADR Network is a trusted leader in logistics recruitment with a reputable blue‑chip client base, and we are currently looking for HGV Class 2 drivers for Royal Mail. If you are searching for ongoing HGV work in the Shrewsbury area with great rates of pay, we want to hear from you.
You’ll be delivering and collecting mail and parcels from Royal Mail mail centres, operating from a well‑organised depot in Shrewsbury, using clean, well‑maintained vehicles. There is some interaction involved for loading and unloading. A full induction will be given to ensure you are safe and confident from day 1.

- High attention to detail, especially whilst using the PDA’s and following the paperwork
- Safety conscious
We have immediate starts available for HGV Class 2 drivers looking to work a flexible shift pattern across late and night. Start times between 12:00 midday and midnight. Shifts are booked a week in advance to help you build a strong work‑life balance.
Pay Rates
Monday to Sunday
- Days: £19.51 to £20.52 per hour
- Nights: £20.26 to £22.54 per hour
All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately. Weekly pay every Friday.
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 driving licence
- Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
- Minimum 2 years of recent Class 2 driving experience required
- No more than 5 penalty points (minor offences only)
- DBS check completed as part of the registration (no cost to you)
