We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Chef to join a friendly team in Millom.
The successful candidate will be confident and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- All hands on deck, involving all duties around the kitchen
- Preparing and serving meals for on-site staff
- Ensuring excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Managing workload efficiently during busy periods
- Managing and overlooking the kitchen operation as needed
Requirements
- Previous chef and catering experience
- Valid Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
- Valid Food Allergens Certificate
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
- Must also have an Enhanced DBS.
