This opportunity is perfect for graduates who are looking to gain school-based experience before committing to teacher training or applying for a full-time role in September. Candidates should be open to working across different schools initially to build confidence and broaden their experience.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a graduate with an interest in education or teaching
- Be enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable
- Be happy to work across different schools and year groups
- Enjoy supporting children within the classroom
- Be considering teacher training or a long‑term career within education
- Be available from 7am to take calls for emergency and short‑notice cover
- Ensure their availability diary is kept up to date, as this helps us prioritise candidates for both pre-booked work and on‑the‑day supply
