Experienced Cover Supervisors

Cover Supervisor – South West & South East London

Choice Teachers are currently recruiting experienced and confident Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of Secondary Schools in South West and South East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with recent UK classroom experience who are looking for flexible supply work, daily cover, or longer-term opportunities within education.

The Role:

• Supervising whole classes during teacher absences
• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and confidently
• Ensuring safeguarding and student welfare are always a priority
• Supporting students with their learning and engagement
• Adapting quickly to different school settings and environments
• Providing clear feedback to teaching staff following lessons

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent experience working within UK Secondary Schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confident, adaptable and professional approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
• Enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about education
