The Candidate

Responsibilities

You will work closely with staff and students, building strong relationships and fostering a positive learning environment. This role requires a solid understanding of current practices in supporting children’s learning and behaviour management strategies, as well as knowledge in key areas such as literacy, numeracy, and science.

Qualifications

Holding an NVQ for Teaching Assistants or demonstrating equivalent skills and experience is essential.
