Role Overview
As an Instore Merchandiser, you’ll bring products to life on the shop floor. You’ll own your territory, taking care of point-of-sale placement, stock replenishment and auditing. You’ll create and maintain visually impactful displays and build strong relationships with store colleagues and managers. You’ll keep everything in order, ensuring stock is replenished and displays stay on-brand. You’ll manage a cost-effective journey plan and make every visit count. The role is for someone who thrives on autonomy and loves to engage with others.
Previous merchandising experience would be advantageous but not mandatory. However, you will need:

- A friendly, confident personality with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliability.
- Located within 15 miles of the advertised area.
- Ability to work on own initiative and make the right decisions under pressure.
- Full commitment to providing excellent customer service.
